If however you’d rather have a cake without nuts and brandy then our fruit cake can be turned into an iced Christmas cake (no marzipan). Choose the ‘no nuts and brandy’ option.

Sugarpaste – Sugar, Glucose Syrup, non hydrogenated vegetable shortening, added water. Humectant – glycerine (E422). Emulsifiers (E471, ). Stabiliser (E413). Preservative (E202). Flavouring – N.I Vanillin. Blue Colour: E122.
Decorations – Sugar, glucose, water, gum tragacanth, xanthan gum, non hydrogenated vegetable shortening, preservative (E202), humectant (glycerine), colour (E171).
This cake contains Almonds and may contain Mustard and Soya. Please note this sugarpaste has been produced in a factory handling gluten and nut products.
